The operation of the RitniGrid® converter is based on the heat of the flame produced by the camping stove's burner, which is conducted from the heating plate and its edges.

The RitniGrid® converter distributes the heat released from the stove's burner evenly over the entire cooking surface and thus guarantees a good result. The operating principle of the RitniGrid® converter can be used for all stoves. Currently, the converter is only made compatible with Trangia's 25 and 27 camping stove models.

Using the RitniGrid® converter as a smoker

The RitniGrid® grill converter equalizes the heat coming from the burner to the Trangia frying pan. When using a frying pan with a grill converter, the pan heats up not only in the middle but more evenly over the entire area of the pan, which makes frying more successful.
